What a pleasure to work with Ryan! It's so nice to see someone who really gets customer service. I ordered a snow plow that was supposed to be in Monday and I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get it installed. When I got there the plow wasn't there and they could not get a delivery time. Ryan told me to take his truck back home and he would deliver the plow on the truck the next day.
They helped us out with our boat when we needed them and they were very friendly!

We were on the trails and blew a tire right outside of Carter. We called Northern Power Sports after hours at 6:30pm. Ryan picked us up and had us back to our cottage within 30 minutes! Exceptional service and will be telling everyone we know to keep them on speed dial!
